45 Pub is situated near ShiDa, and is frequented by foreigners. But "45" isn't just a pub, it's also got food, and its music is alternative, but always of good quality with professional DJs. So come if you like good music but don't feel like dancing.
You'll need to be careful though, "45" doesn't have all the ostentatious deco that most bars do, and it's on the 2nd floor of the building, so you'll need to pay attention when looking for it.
